At the end week-end I had the pleasure of starting a friend of mine in her running program. She had come to me telling me that she wanted to commence – and would I aid her. So, on Saturday, she became a runner! It was fantastic to see her excitement when she completed her first run!
There are so many reasons that someone should commence running. Here are just a hardly any:
1. First of all, running is absolutely autonomous of charge! You don’t demand to join a gym, you don’t demand to pay monthly fees, you don’t demand to acquire fancy equipment – just lace up your shoes and head outside the door!
2. Running will aid you to lose weight – and maintain a healthy weight. If you are a small overweight when you get started, you’ll be surprised at how quickly you’ll drop a hardly any extra pounds.
3. You’ll have loads of energy! I know that you’re probably saying – “no path, it takes energy to run”. You may feel a small draggy the first day or two, however then you’ll see the difference it makes. I run first body in the morning – and have energy that lasts me all day.
4. Running keeps you young. Another one that I don’t know physical, inner medical workings behind this – however I know I feel many years younger than I am. Running seems to give you a glow and keeps everything toned up.
5. Running is a fantastic stress reliever! If you had a terrible day, or have something going on in your lifetime – lace up your shoes and go head the door. It will really clear your intellect – and is much cheaper than a therapist!
6. It is your “me” age. Being an only minor, I delight in a small age to myself. If you have a busy lifestyle, it’s not always simple to do….job….children….spouse. However, running will get you that sanity age that you demand!
7. Reckon through things. Running is fantastic for sorting through things that you may be dealing with. I’ve reasoned through many problems, come up with fantastic thoughts – you’ll be surprised how many things you’ll solve during your runs.
8. It gets you outside. I employment from house – so running is my age to get outside and delight in the outdoors. Much if you employment in an office – getting outside in the fresh air is vital. And that’s excellent for everyone!

10. Medical benefits. Runners have been shown to have lower blood pressure, bigger cholesterol levels, etc. Running just keeps you healthy inside and outside!
There are many reasons to commence a running program. So get outside there and as Nike says – “Just Do It!”.
